The Oshy Annas are a harmony-driven, five-part indie folk band hailing from Brooklyn, New York by way of the rocky shoals of Star Island, New Hampshire.
For many summers, Ali Millard, Carla Diaz, and Chloe Kostman worked and sang under the roof of the Oceanic Hotel. They performed at island musicales and barn concerts before moving to Brooklyn and formally joining forces as a band. After bringing in the banjo plucking and fiddle shredding talents of Maddie Legro and Jamie Sandel, the group's powerful harmonies, folky instrumentation, and lyrical narrative trace a path from that rocky coast, to the city, to the woods of Appalachia, and many other makeshift homes in between.
